what if you filed a chapter 13 in 2009 and lost your job and cldnt make the monthly pmts anymore and returned the car but need to file a chapter 11 is that possible and if so what i need to do ...thanks !

You would need to file chapter 7...chapter 11 is for businesses. You might wanna talk to a new attorney.
