Debt Consolidation Loans For Bad Credit?

Are there any debt consolidation loans or personal loans for non-home owners with bad credit? I'm currently on a debt management payment plan but I'd really like to take out one loan to pay off all my debt at once my friend refer me list of available loans but still im confused with rates and terms.
