I recently call Cashcall and asked them if they were legal to do cash advances in the state of Georgia and they told me "yes" they can do business here. Are they correct?

Well, CashCall tries to play along the lines of installment loans and basically go around the small lons/deferred deposit laws of the state. It is always advisable not to do business with CashCall. It would be like playing poker with vultures.
