Kimmel and Silverman sued allied interstate and told me in an email that i won a judgement of $250.00 i have yet to get the check
Just because you win a judgment doesnt mean you are going to get
Just because you win a judgment doesnt mean you are going to get a check. The judgment has to be enforced. You need to call or email the attorney who go the judgment for you.
