I have been out of the country for 15 yrs, just got back a little while ago. Today got the letter in the mail today that I owe..
My question is what kind of lawer should I get to help me with these sharks.I dont want to go up against them without a real lawer.

It is lawyer...and why are they sharks?? You have unpaid debts I would assume and left the country for 15 years. FYI..leaving the country freezes the SOL clock.

The letter is from Pressler & Pressler and from what I have read
The letter is from Pressler & Pressler and from what I have read on the net they are some complaints about them.
It does not say who I owe, just amount.
I need to know what kind of lawer I need to get this fixed, would it be a bankruptcy lawer or another kind.
I did not file for bankruptcy.
