Irs garnishment debt
Hello, i just recieved a notice at my part time job from the irs stating a garnishment knowing the next week from now the process is taking place on my primary job as a teacher asst. How can i resolve or make arrangements at the irs so they wont garnish my paycheck cause i dont have any money to pay any fees etc..please help
There is no way to get out of this. You will have to pay the IRS
There is no way to get out of this. You will have to pay the IRS to get them off your back. You can either pay whatever you owe in lump sum. That or you can make them an offer in compromise. If that does not work, you have the option of setting up a payment plan with them through which you can repay them easily.
You have to pay the IRS because they will get their money, one way or another.
