Harassing the WRONG person!

This has nothing to do with legitimate debt. This has to do with continuously HARASSING the wrong people. Nelson Watson calls random numbers of everyone in the country with a certain name and then wait and see who gets the most pissed off. This company has MULTIPLE complaints to the BBB.

The only way to handle this is to send them a cease and desist letter. Send it via certified mail with a return receipt requested. Hang on to the delivery receipt when you get it and, if they call again, you've got them.
What they're doing is perfectly legal. They're looking for someone. You, or someone who previously had your phone number has the same name of the person they're looking for. It's common collection practice/skip tracing.
