midling funding garnishing me

Hello, I have two questions. Can they garnish my wages for an old bill before my court date which is in January 2013. They started garnishing me a month ago. I have been working with lexington law firm. Midling funding has been removed from all three of my credit accounts. Transunion and the other two. Can I sue them for haraishment and to get my wages back.

Wait. Let me get this straight: You have already had your wages garnished even though your court date is coming up? The only way that any of it is possible is if you live in MN. Am I reading this right?
