Can someone please tell me if there if any way that you can be garnished on your paycheck for medical bills. I am a single mother and I got sick last year and they are trying to take me to court to get my wages .:(

Once they get a judgment, they will be able to garnish your wage

Once they get a judgment, they will be able to garnish your wages if your state law allows it. How much do you owe??
