I have an emergency and my dad offered to write me a check. I do not have a bank account so if i do go to check cash service will they verify the funds in my dads account? and ow so? Because my dad is waiting on his paycheck to go through which is monday.

If the check cashing store is open tonight, you can take it and have it cashed. I recommend wal mart check cashing over those shady stores. If your fathers deposit comes in Monday putting the check in today would be fine as it is after 3 PM.

Right, They are already on Monday's business day, so it should be fine. But bear in mind that a Check Cashing place will charge you a higher fee to cash the check, so a Walmart or any other store that would do it would be best.
