credit solutions

I have been in credit solutions since the summer of 2010 and they've only helped me settle only 1 of 4 accounts. Just like what they wanted i sent them letter notices from the creditors and there was never a call or an email back from CS, almost like if they were ignoring me. Even when i had enough money in my bank account to pay off a card or two. Up until november 2011 they completely stopped charging me, I didn't notice that they stopped charging me up until april/may of this year. I've been trying to contact them since. For the first couple weeks after i found out, i tried to get in contact with them, but i kept getting a busy tone and and in some cases i would get a verizon operator saying that this number has been disconnected. Finally after 3 weeks(or longer) the credit solutions operator system was up and running. Not sure if they were having technical difficulties with the calling system but who knows. So after they had the call center back on line they still kept putting me on hold from 40min to an hour and a half, most of the times i would just hang up and try a different time or day.
Another complaint i have against them, a creditor came to my door in december while at work and they left me a stack of paper work on my door step threatening to take me to court for the money i owed. So i scanned it and sent it via email to CS, i dont know if they got it or not but i never heard from them at all. Then a couple months later the law firm that the creditors hired to sue me got a levy writ of execution from the court and all my money was stolen from my account(around april/may) that's when I immediately tried and failed many times to get ahold of CS. I logged into the website and behold i found out they havent been charging me since november. I thought they cancelled my account but it is still difficult to get ahold of them to even ask them what is going on. What should i do? please help.
