Can a debt management plan include pay day loans too? I would like to include everything. I have 6, yes 6, pay day loans. No one is to blame but me. I was so sure I could handle it!! NOT!

Well, if you look around the forum you will find that most of the experts do not recommend debt consolidation/management, especially in the case of payday loans. Just tell us a few things:

1. Which state do you reside in?

2. Who are the lenders you borrowed from?

You can include payday loans in a debt management program. However, it is better to deal with the lenders on your own. It is good that you've realized your mistake. Now, do one thing. Check the payday loan laws of your state from this link:

Find out the legal and illegal payday loan lenders. Pay back the principal amount to illegal lenders. Negotiate with the legal lenders to reduce the payoff amount.
