Can my creditors seize my home because of the credit card debt?
My credit card debt amount is $45,000. I have saved a huge amount in my retirement fund. I can easily pay off the debt by using my pension fund. Actually, my creditor has filed a lawsuit against me. Should I use the money to pay off the debt? I have a house in Wildomar, CA. Can my creditors seize my home because of the debt?

It would be better for you to contact with your creditor and pay-off your debts asap. Otherwise they may place a lien on your property after issuing a court order against you.
