Is my daughter accountable for the credit card debts of my ex-husband?
My ex-husband included our daughter on several of his credit cards. He did this so as to help our daughter build credit. My ex-husband has expired in January 2013. Is my daughter accountable for the credit card debts? My daughter is going to apply for a student loan. She is getting admitted to a college in Aptos, California.

If your daughter was just an authorized user, she has no liablity to pay them. She can demand to have these removed from her credit report.
