Payday Loan Debt Assistance/Assurance Mgmnt

I made the mistake of signig up with PaydayLoanDebt Assistance and now I want to cancel/terminate it---I have made 3 payments to them, and all have gone to them for their Debt Relief program--which I did not order and other part of my payments are going to the designated savings account they chose for me for their service fees. There has been hardly any communication from my "designated customer service professional" that is supposedly handling my case.
Do you have any suggestions on the best way to go about cancelling this and requesting a refund?
Any advice and help or suggestions is greatly appreciated!!!!

The Financial success Kit is refundable and they dont charge anything until they settle as you may know nobody in this world works for free and you can chose 3 different plans in which they have all that time to settle. Your mistake was getting a bunch of payday lons not signing up to get help.

I don't think anyone should bring up the past. What has happened, has happened. (Personal experience here..) some of the so-called PDL Consoladation companies don't tell you everything up front. I did go through one a few years ago and they took alot of "fees" out of my account. This certain company said they would take payments only once per month. They started taking payments every two weeks without my permission. I started bouncing checks all over the place because of them. If you so much time to cancel your contract with them. If they don't reply back to you in a timely manner, I would close your bank account that you have debited with them.

What you have said about PDL consoladation companies is not true. With the so-called company I dealt with, they took money from me right from the beginning..AFTER they said the same thing "you owe nothing until things are taken care of". I gave them money and they STILL never did anything, never contacted my Payday companies, etc.
