I recieved a payday loan 10 years ago. I am being threatened to be sued What is the limitatins in the state of Illinois

SOL is 6 years...so send them a cease and desist letter, telling them that the debt is time barred and to bug off and never contact you again.

Remember to file complaints with the AG and the FTC as well against the collector.
