Ok, I know there are experts out there who may know exactly what to do in this case but I'm at a loss as to how to solve my problem without having to pay more $$ (that I don't have) to get out of it so please be kind with your response, this is why I'm seeking advice.
I'm at the point where I can no longer continue to pay monthly payments on a title loan for a 14-yr old car (and I know they don't want this old car) and payments to Great Plains Lending. I have paid them more than what I've borrowed to both and can't make enough on a monthly basis to pay extra in order to pay them off. I hear folks saying you can neg yourself w/o paying a loan consolidation company but what are the steps? I need a step by step model to help me do this.
Does anyone have steps out there? Thanks in advance.

I actually called them before the payment was due and they have always abided by my request but the last agent I talked with did not and they processed my payment anyway. Now I don't have the funds to take care of my other bills and I'm passed.
I need to know how to get them stop besides trying to close my bank account which I'm not going to.

File unauthorized charge claim with your bank. You need to close your account. Youve paid them in full. Great Plains is an illegal lender. A step by step guide can be found in my signature below.
We will look at the title losn once you take care if the illegal loan.
