Drowning in PDL loans

I got in WAY over my head in PDL loans, due to a car accident and then school tuition on top of that and I have no idea what to do. I feel that I've paid the loans off in finance charges alone. I am sinking quick and it's starting to affect my ability to pay my bills and RENT! I'm afraid I'm going to get evicted. Please help, should I close my bank account?

Ace Cash Express
Borrowed 400, paid 300 in finance charges, still owe 380

Cashnet USA
Borrowed 550, paid 561.31 in finance charges

Emerald
Borrowed 200, paid 240 in finance charges

Hydrafund (Hydra Financial Limited Fund)
Borrowed 200, paid 180 in finance charges

Vistagroup
Borrowed 200, paid 180 in finance charges

US Fast Cash
Borrowed 200, paid off @575
paid off with $395 and paid 180 finance charges

I live in Texas and they are all internet with the exception of Ace Cash Express

Ace Cash Express and Cashnet USA are licensed, legal lenders. Call them and ask for an extended payment plan.

Hydrafund, Vistagroup and US Fast Cash are all illegal. Anything you've already paid can be subtracted from the principal balance (what they deposited). That's all you owe.

I need the full name of Emerald.

Read the link at the bottom of my post for information on dealing with your illegal lenders.

Hi, I would close the acct and pay your rent. It takes 24 hr to close an acct sometimes so if these are due on Friday. I would close the acct today. You can call them beforehand and try to make arrangements, but this is not worth getting kicked out of your apt.

Cashnet will allow you to pay twice next paycheck, usfastcash will keep calling and harrasing you but at least you will have an apt to stay in.

Hi. I went through the same thing and got help consolidating all of my payday loans as well as my other debt with relief1debt.com. They called all the creditors for me and setup payment plans and now i have one monthly payment instead of trying to figure out how i'm going to pay all of my debt over a course of time.
My credit is getting back on track. You should contact them.
