Account is not mine

My husband works for the Armed Forces and we have lived overseas for the last 2 years and 10 months, before that we lived in Washington, D.C.. FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU, INC. reported to Experian and Equifax that I owe money to DIRECTV and I called DIRECTV and they recognized that based on the places I lived and the last 4 from the SSN this account is not mine. I called FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU, INC. and I explained the situation and they still insist that is mine because the SSN in the account is mine and not from another person. But when FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU, INC. reported to Experian the person used another SSN and a variation of my name YBETTE ESPINOSA, meaning that is not my account. Is obvious that they are lying and are reporting in a fraudulent manner to collect money. I would like to take this out of my credit, but how I go about this situation. I already tried to dispute with the credit agencies like Experian and Equifax and Experian stated that I would need a letter from DIRECTV stating that the account is not mine and then one from FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU, INC.. The problem is that it will be impossible to get a letter from FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU, INC. and DIRECTV says that FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU, INC. is the one that has to write the letter. They are playing ping pong with my credit and the worst is that I am overseas with my husband that is serving our country overseas.:cry:
