can any one give me the main address and phone number for the check n go store front for the state of IL. I may be needing to send them a letter very soon.

In what city? I looked online and tried to do a search for them in Illinois but nothing came up! Their site doesn't want to cooperate with me :(
I called one of the stores here and asked for a corp. office num
I called one of the stores here and asked for a corp. office number because I had a defaulted loan and this is the number she gave me to call 1-877-454-4603. I asked her if that would be the same number for someone in IL, she said she didn't know. So give that number a shot. If that number doesn't work then call one of the other check n go stores in or near your area and ask them for the district managers number or even corp. number.
