How do I get money refunded from Secret Cash Card service?

Would someone please advise...monies taken from my checking by Secret Cash Card Service and I am unable to reach the company by email...none of my emails have been returned by the company. Please advise.

You are not the only one going through this this terrible ordeal. I will advise you to go to your bank immediately and inform them that this transactions were not authorized. The bank should fill out a ACH unauthorized form and your money should be refunded back to your account within 2-3 business day. Then close out that account so that they can not continue to charge the account without your permission. Good Luck with everything.

you will have to file a complaint with them, then probably again, but if you threaten to use legal action they will respond. they finall agreeded to refund my money, (although its only been two days) so I can't promise they will send it at this point.

I had the same problem with this so called company. I emailed them every 2 hours and told them I had hired an attorney and contacted the BBB. I did get a refund check afer several weeks. good luck

I received my money back from them. I threatened them with the Pennsylvania Attorney General. There is a link in one of the above threads, please go to that link and there will be a phone number, call that number and after you threaten that person with your state's Attorney General, they will give you directions on getting your money back. I received a check in the mail from them approximately 3 weeks after I complained.
