:evil: I had a loan with them that I wasnted to pay off. They were tough to locate. I ended up going to my bank and they were able to get me a few phone numbers for them - tracing back to the direct deposit. Long story short.... it cost me a fortune! I need a phone number for SGQ. I have no idea how to get in touch with them. THey keep charging me 90 dollars and they do it twice in one week!!

Their telephone# is 866-828-6351. They are rarely at the office, and i think it's a 1-2 man show.

They are real slick about it because most loan companies call you or make sure their # is not listed in your bank transaction either.

I am been in bad credit. I applied for a pay day loan online not with sgq 4. After i submitted my loan request form with another company , i declined to take the loan at end online. After a few days 4 SGQ deposited $300 into my checking account. I have been unable to contact them. Till date they have been withdrawing $90 once every two weeks. I do not know what to do. I called my banker and have disputed this claim. I do not know whether i did the right thing please help me

i got a 200.00 loan and they continue to take out 60.00 a week for the past 3 months and my account has no money in it. I called them and they wont answer. Im tyhinking of taking it to the local news here and making it known publicly. My bank is aware of this and isnt charging me, they have put a stop payment on their transactions.

My pay days have changed and I don't receive direct deposite anymore. I get paid on the 18th and the 3rd of the month now. and the 9th is ok.

Pam....this is not SGQ..this is a forum dedicated to helping people get out of debt. Suggest you use a bit more diligence when using Google.

omg you guys.....i took out a loan with these same people..SGQ....and same here...i asked for a loan and they have been taking the 75 dollars everey pther week...i am now done paying back...so far...i have no problems buttttt......im calling to get a statement saying i have paID IN FULL....and i want confirm #'s too....but the machine says they'll return my call.

We did not take money out of your account. This is DebtCC, not a payday lender.

if your looking for us to recommend or suggest a pdl.you've come to the wrong place.i suggest if have any gold lying around to sell it.there are other ways than a pdl.

for the past three years now this people have been harassing me telling that they have a lawsuit and that a cop or detective will be coming to my house and job. they are scaring me. they got paid along time ago they even put my account overdrawn. and i had to close my account. pls help

:confused::confused:well I had money taken out of my account for unknow reason and not sure what to do next cause the bank said that could not retrieve the money for me and i put a stop to my account. I had not signed up with them but they had deposited money to my account for unknow reason and I still am going to get the bottom of this.

i called them five min ago and someone just called me back...just make sure you leave them all of the information they need to call you back

My husband has a loan with SGQ Processing in the beginning of March I closed our account because they had already taken out $900.00 for a $300.00 loan. I faxed them a letter stating to them to consider the loan paid in full. My husband received a phone call at work from a man named Matt with a collection agency and we also received a letter from the collection agency. I talked to the man and was informed that my husband owe them $510 for his debt that they took over for SGQ. Since then I have setup payments of $170.00 a month and have already paid the first one. My question is should I pay the other 2 payments and be done with it or call him and let him know that this is highway robbery.

you stop paying immediately.you paid 900.00 initially on a 300.00 and paid an additional 170.00.first see if you can get that back euther by filing a fraud report with your bank,or a chargeback with your cc.the lender is illegal and therefore you should have sent a DV letter.bottomline both SGQ and whoever contacted you to collect should be reported not paid.
