ACS

Does anyone know if they can add interest to
your account???? They keep adding it to mine.
I talked to a lady today and she insisted that
the only way I could pay them back was by
giving 3 post dated checks. I asked if there
was somewhere I could send a check each month.
She wouldn't even try to work out a payment
schedule with me. She just wanted me to pay
like $5000.00. If I had it, would I have this
problem???

So can they add interest to your debt?
Can they collect from another state? I live
in MN.
Thanks!

Yes, they can charge interest only on a monthly basis, not daily. *IMPORTANT* Dont not give them post dated checks because they can wipe your checking account out & you will not have ANY recourse. And NO do not give them any kind of account information, not even a credit or debit card.

*IMPERTIVE* that you do not do that, same as above you can be cleaned out & left no reciourse. Yes, they can collect from another state as long as they are licensed in Minnesota to do so.

Also, if they do not want to put it in writing? NO DEAL! Walk from it until they are willing to write details down on paper! Got that?

Hang in there, checking ACS out, what state did your loan, credit originate in?
