Yea, suebeehoney, I know exactly who you are thinking of. I guess that lets us know that they are still on the loose and the complaints haven't piled up enough. :lol:

I guess so, nat! I remember very clearly reading that same threat on another thread..."case number such-and-such...respond immediately or we will proceed with or without your coooperation".

I recall someone saying that they were going to send them to "processing". The only ones that are gonna go to processing is going to be them if they don't stop their illegal tactics.

Very true, nat, very true. I, for one, hope the payday loan companies start going down one by one. And when it happens, I think all the members of this site should get together and have a big bonfire with the printouts of all the posts on this site regarding PDL's and their collection practices.
