why your account is there in my credit report. i have paid all the bills already. why don't you people report the current status to CRA?

Please place this request at the mailing address given above. This is a debt consolidation forum and not your creditor that you are looking for.

Also, you can dispute this entry with the credit bureau. Highlight the item and ask them to immediately verify it.

The credit bureau will conduct an investigation with your information providers and if your dispute is accurate, your credit file will be updated. They will provide you a proof if their investigation does not match your dispute.
