Amount due $ 28.26 was from BMG Music and I sent a money order

What do we do if this had been paid? Amount due $ 28.26 was from BMG Music and I sent a money order a couple months ago. I do not have the receipt. Any ideas?

You have made the payment few months back and you have the receipts as a proof. Now, you can see this account paid off in your credit report. Please pull the latest credit report from the three bureaus and check the latest standing of the said account. Most probably the company has updated your credit file with the credit bureaus by now.

If you do not find the account updated, you can contact the agency by sending a letter to them along with a copy of the receipt. Request them to update your account information so that your credit report gives a positive view to the lenders.
