westwood mediation


Has anybody heard of a company called westwood mediation? I have been getting calls from them 3-4 times a day for the last couple of weeks. They want to me call to make sure my personal statement included in my file. The message is odd it is automated and in two different voices. Any information would be helpful. Thanks


So I called them back and asked for a verification of debt to be sent. They basically told me that they did not have to do this and if I didn't make arrangements to pay them I would be arrested by the local authorities. Also an odd thing is that when I called back the person answered the phone Loan Mediation not westwood mediation. I am thinking this has something to do with my getting out of payday loan hell last year. Any opinions? Thanks

they used the arrest threat meaning botomfeeder.report and ignore their sorry asses.

They've already violated the Fair Credit Debt Collection Protection Act by threatening you with arrest and by refusing to give you proof of the debt. I would file complaints against them.
