Hey Goudah...

did your man at the Tn DFI ever e-mail you back?

I got a letter from the Consumer Protection Agency/AG yesterday that said they were going to voice my complaint to the IPDL's.

Awesome - Many times the pdl will cave once the AG gets involved.

And no, I've sent 3 other emails and still haven't heard back. I just sent him another one . . . . If I don't hear anything back soon I will call, but I really want it in his words in writing, so that nothing gets lost in my "translation" . . .

No...it was from the Consumer protection office. But, the letter stated that they were going to attempt to mediate an agreement with the business and would get the Attorney General's office involved if needed. I'm just thinking it's going to be needed...since mediation doesn't seem to work with IPDL's. I actually haven't heard back from the AG himself, but I knwo that these offices work hand in hand with his.

godz, at least one agency responded in a positive way! And if they're going to get the AG involved, that's great! Especially since I'm sure you've already filed with the AG. Yes, they do work closely. Maybe good news is coming - in time - but maybe good news!
