STILL no contact from United or OneClick...


As you guys may remember, United never debited my account for their "fees" this past paydate. OneClick did.

I sent them several e-mails and a couple of faxes, and still no response.

I'm not complaining. I hope the NYS AG is on their a**es! 8)


can you guys tell me how to file a report with the office about one click cash and ucl. i already filed complaints with bbb for their states. do you have a # for the new york ag office and what should i tell them when i call

I finally got a break today and spent it preparing my AG complaint. I ended up filling out the form and then I made a middle page that listed all of my loans, the date taken, addresses and/or contact info for the PDL's and the amount paid. It made me sick - I paid over $16,000 on loans that totaled just about $7,000. Because I had 15 loans to report I figured I might get a faster response if I summarized it on one complaint - did the AG mail or call you? I can't remember if I was asked for my email address and I'm to beat to go get my paperwork! I'll keep you posted.

Sorry I did't know you were looking for help. First off I'm from NY if you aren't then just change the search for your state. I went to google and searched on NY AG and the website for the AG came up. Then I clicked on contact and one of the options was a complaint form. There were some that were online and some you could print, fill out, and fax or mail. Good Luck and let us know how you make out.
