Templates?
I keep reading about these wonderful templates and instructions on how to stop pdl companies from debiting your account and how to start dealing with the debt, but I can't locate these templates or instructions anywhere. Can someone please direct me to where on the site I can find this information?

Hi, welcome to the forums. You have come to the right place. There is no template that I know of for that. You must write to each one and tell them that you revoke their priveledge of electronically with drawing money from your account. They probably won't stop.We can help you deal with this if you do provide us with the following: Please tell us how much each loan was for and from which lender. Also, how much you have paid each one so far and the State that you live in. That way we can help you determine what you legally owe.
You also must close your checking account immediately or get your bank to put it on deposit only status. If you do close it check with your bank to make sure that they will not force it open if an ACH comes along. It is best to be up front with the manager from the get go. Now you can deal with these companies on your terms, not theirs. Tell your payroll dept that you need to get a live paycheck for a while.

I live in California and have 5 presently, only one is defaulted (untill next week) and that is with Interim Cash:
Cashtranfercenters.com - $400
The Loan Shop - $300, renewal fee $90
Paychecktoday - $300, renewal fee $75
Impact Cash - $300, Renewal fee $120!!! (what was i thinking)
Interim Cash - I don't even know anymore $300(?), I've lost track but I swear I've paid them at least $600 or more since last year.
I would like to try and take care of them myself without having to consolidate but I know it's going to take me at least 2 months to pay everyone off. Will these guys work with you if you explain your situation? How can I pay them without having them electronically debit my accout? Interm claims that is the only way they will accept payment. They are very harrassing and will continuously call my work phone over and over and over, not even giving anytime between calls.
How much have you actually paid to each one of them so far? Also
How much have you actually paid to each one of them so far? Also you MUST send a letter to Cash Transfer Centers revoking that wage assignment that you agreed to. Also give a copy to you payroll Manager or whoever is responsible. They are based in Malta and operate oout of Canada and think the laws of the US do not apply to them. They will contact your employer and also call your references. You can find their address in British Columbia on this site. Tell them they are not to call you at home or at work. They are a difficult bunch. You acn learn about the others by searching this site. You do not owe Interim anything according to the laws of your state which I will post below. Once we determine how much you owe according to the laws of California you can start dealing with these companies on your own terms.
please find California info here http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html

As frog said you will have to write these revoke letters urself. If you need help in wording them i'm sure someone would be more than happy to help u with that part!

To revoke authorization, all you have to do is write to the company and state that you revoke any authorization to debit your account in any way.
There is a good template letter to use to get these companies to settle with you. It is located here.
