I need help with Ace Cash Express

Hi,

I have several payday loans that I am trying to take care of. I am currently working with Langhorne, but the only ones that they probably won't be able to do are the ones with Ace Cash Express. Ace won't take payment plans and they are calling me everyday telling me that I need to seek legal advice. Can I go to jail if I don't pay it in full right away? I am in Texas.
