Why did you not have your bank freeze that account and request a live paper check from your employer. The PDLs just change there name and the amounts. You can't yuse stop payments. They will eat up you fund. Go have a heart to heart with the manager of that bank and explain whats going on. You landlord is resopnsible for that 200.00. That monet was by law supposed to have been in escrow. If he will not pay up take him to small claims court. You can't lose.

Listen to frog. You need to have PNC put a hard debit block/freeze/hard hold whatever they want to call it on your account ASAP. These pdl's will use different names and amounts and debit you every single week as long as the account remains open. Now that you are in the negative, they can't close it. So you need to have a "hold" on it. PNC can do this. Don't let them tell you otherwise. Your payroll is insane. Explain to them that your bank account has fraudulent charges on it and it is closed. They need to stop your direct deposit ASAP (if it's still going through). If it takes them a month (which is totally crazy) to get you started again, they can issue you "live checks" until the direct deposit kicks in again. But, please go to your bank. Get control over that account. Do not put "stop payments" on. Block the account. Talk to your payroll department. They can issue you "live" checks until your bank accounts are back in order. Since now both of them are overdrawn. Please try to get this done ASAP. I hate to hear that you're going to be charged every time. This is going to add up to a lot of money since these pdl's will NOT stop debiting.

PNC is the absolute worst bank in the world to have when dealing with this problem! I had them when I went through this and while PNC kept assuring me that things would be ok and they would resolve it, I now owe them 1600 because they continued to allow these transactions. I had no other recourse but to let the account get overdrafted so that the bank would close it on their own and not reopen it even if the PDL's continued to try and debit. PNC bank does not care about thier customers nor do they do anything to help them! GO TO A DIFFERENT BANK WITH YOUR NEW ACCOUNT!
