are you serious? im following the link now but had one other quick question... i signed so many forms and paper work that said pay this x amount or w.e (shouldn't i be worried about this) also before i did the post i was reading one of the stickies for "illegal" paydayloans and the main reason these are is because they aren't based in my state with a actual business license?

okay, i read through everything and will goto the bank tomorrow. A few extra questions... AND REALLY, I THANK YOU for giving me this info btw.

Do i need to read through the SOL for all states one as well? But regarding the notify lender part..tonight im going to find each lender (i have logins for all of them with all my statements )and basically if they aren't in my state with a building/ gave me more than 300$ then its illegal? But I read somewhere on here that in SC they are LEGAL though but like i said up too only $300 and for some of the loans have a good amount of balance left like $800 or w.e amount should i tell them i will repay them monthly using (prepaid card) at such and such payment and if they say no..i basically dont have to pay them and not get in trouble for this? Also where can i find SC rates for paydayloans i feel like this is where im going too have to do the most digging tonight to tell them they are illegal since where i read SC is LEGAL up too $300.

Thanks again

yeah thats what i saw earlier, so as far as research goes wheres my "proof" they're illegal?
Example:
*MyCashNow.com is an offshore lender. (Makes it illegal?) (they would owe me money? loan amount- 670- paid 726.06
*Integrity Advanced Illegal...max loan for SC residents is $300 (this one i assume i will have to negotiate payment plan since they gave me $500.00 correct or because they're based out of 300 Creek View Drive Newark, DE 19711
and not SC? So i just owe the principal amount on my terms or tell them no money at all since they aren't legal in my state?
*Now this one i think is legit.. (PayDayOne.com) because i did do the installment loan) (So the $300 gets voided correct?)
South Carolina
Maximum Loan Amount: $300 (No Limit)
Maximum Finance Charges: $15 per $100 borrowed (No Limit)
Legally Operating Online Lenders: PayDayOne.com
Licensing Requirements: Online lenders must be licensed in South Carolina.
Note: Transaction may be handled as a consumer installment loan, not a ???payday loan??? per se, so there is no limit to the maximum loan or finance charge.
*Anasazi Group is an illegal tribal entity is what I've read. It looks like they "owe" me $1k because they're a "tribal entity" and is illegal in SC? (confused with this one)
*Advantage cash service looks like they're in oklahoma City, OK 73101 but also game me over $300 so i want to request $395 back? and the reason they're illegal is state and the amount provided?
Wow this is alot of stuff i never looked at.... Anymore responses to make sure im doing this right before i begin this process.
Thanks again!

My emails all came back from an auto reply acting like i was trying to get another loan with the whole thanks blahblahblah...
If im not able to contact this lender by email what should i do? Wait for the calls on Friday and ask for the alleged debt collector they have 5 days to send me a dunning letter? Or should i ask them for a email so i can send them the notices?

You have made the attempt to notify them of ACH revocation....as long as you have the copies of those notices and have given it to your bank and closed your account, it it now a waiting game. Calls and emails will start next week. Stick your ground...you may also want to let your employer and any references know you were scammed...no need to go into any detail with them in case they start getting calls
