Then the internet loans are Eastside Lenders 300.00 paid one fee for 90.00, GFSIl 200.00 and paid probably 500.00 in fees so far and the other one is Cash Call 240.00 paid 360.00 in fees and paid 240.00 on it.

Advance til Payday is a storefront and I have 250.00 with them with a fee of 38.89 every 2 weeks. I have paid that fee twice so far and have to pay it again today.

Mount Rushmore Loan Co. is a storefront that I received a loan for 500.00 and a fee of 89.00 each time so far I have paid it twice and will pay it again today.

Dakota Loan Company is a storefront and my loan is 500.00 and fee of 89.00 I have paid the fee at least 6 times and paying again today.

Eastside Lenders is an internet payday I have one for 300.00 with a fee 0f 90.00 and have paid it twice now.

GFSIL is an internet payday and my loan is for 200.00 and the fee is 35.00 and I have paid 700.00 in fees on this one and another 35.00 today.

What do I need to do?

LP, wait a minute! Let me understand this. Your state law for check cashers (store fronts) states no rollovers/extensions. When you say you are paying "fees", do you mean that you are going in there every two weeks, only paying the "fee", not the check in full and re-writing? This is a major question here. Because your state does not permit extensions by store fronts. Or are you going into the store fronts and paying the FULL amount and re-writing another check??? This is important. Also, your internet pdl's are not licensed/legal. They are illegal. They cannot charge you any rollover/extension fees. Any money you have paid them should go directly towards the principle amount of the loan. I would say close your account; however, you have store fronts and your law states criminal actin is prohibited UNLESS you close your account with checks out. So, there goes that idea. So, I need to know exactly what you are doing when you go to the store fronts. Paying ONLY a fee? Paying the check in full and re-writing? You need to stop the internet pdl's from debiting your account. They are illegal and charging you illegal fees.

Re-read your post again. You GSFIL is raping you. You've sooooooooooo overpaid them, it's not even funny. And they are sooooooooo illegal. Oh my God. Eastside isn't licensed either. But you've so overpaid the other one. You need to try to do something so they can't get any more money. But your store fronts concern me. Please post regarding that.

L, okay. Your store fronts are abiding by the law. You need to close your existing account. Read the "sticky" at the top of the site page regarding closing your account. Go to a new bank and open a new account. This will stop the internet pdl's from hitting your account any longer. Do not, I repeat, do not get another internet pdl. They will then have your new account information and you're in the same boat all over again. Don't even "cruise" thier sites. Your store fronts - when you get your new account, you're going to have to tell your store fronts that your bank account was closed. Tell them a story. Tell them the bank closed it due to fraudulent charges. Then tell them you can not pay your checks in full. That you do not have the money to PIF and re-write, because this is what they're going to ask you to do. They want to keep you sucked into the cycle of re-writing every week. Hell, tell them you lost your job. Whatever. But you need to contact them and tell them. They may tell you that they have to turn it in to the bank to get it returned before making payment arrangements. They may tell you okay you can just pay on it every two weeks until it's PIF. They may tell you they'll hold it for 30 days for you to PIF. Whatever. They all work differently. But you need to contact them, as they are legal. Just be firm. Tell them you can NOT pay in full. You can NOT re-write (god, they want you to do that). Tell them you MUST make payments on it. If you do work out a payment arrangement with them, make sure it's something you can afford! Do not agree to pay more than you can! You'll be in trouble all over again if you can't keep your payments up. Do this & let us know what's going on. If you have any more questions, just post. :D

LOL! You're making me crack up here! I'm serious though! Don't even "cruise" the sites! :D Stay far, far away! I swear, I'm so friggin paranoid that I won't even log on to one thinking they're going to "find" me! LOL! Plus the fact that some people get "tempted" again to try for another quick fix for money. DON'T CRUISE THE SITES! Quit making me laugh, van! I'm trying to be serious here!

What are the names of the online loan companies?

They may be illegal or unlicensed.

They can not arrest you or send you to jail for debt. Debt is a civil matter, not a criminal one.

Texas has strict garnishment laws so it is very had for them to get a judgement against you in TX.

I still don't find them in the TX database. I googled the number and I did find The Money Store but it also came up with a place called Cash 2 U Leasing with the same address and a place called Cash Motors at a different address.

I looked that up as well and I still did not find them so I am going to go with that they are illegal.

I guess my best advice is to get a corp address and start sending in a money order for the amount you can handle.

Keep all records of the payments and also track to see if they are being cashed.

Even if they take you to civil court you can prove you have at least been trying to pay off the loans.
