BIG - Another question


First thanks for your help in getting the IN laws to me. You guys are great. BIG has threatened that they have called my husbands HR dept. I am sure that it is a big threat but has any other person had experience in this that they actually called his HR dept.


mj...I wouldn't put anything past this ipdl. I have had a loan out with one of their dba's and they have not contacted me at work or called my hr dept. Have you sent them cease and desist letters..if you have it should have also revoked their right to a wage assignment...you could send that to the hr dept. to protect your husbands pay.

mj, with this pdl, you MUST revoke any wage assignment you may have signed with them. They are notorious for sending wage assignments to employers. Did you already do this? If not, do it immediately. This must be revoked in writing BEFORE the pld gets the chance to actually send anything to your husband's employer.
