Northeastern Title Loans

I made the mistake of obtaining a title loan from Northeastern Title
Loan co.in the amount of $900.00.I have paid the original $900.00.back to them.I
also make monthly payments, none of my payments are applied to the principle only to the interest.I must have
the full amount of the loan at one time for the loan to be satisfied.I need help,I
need help, they call me a all the time and stated
they will continue to do
so.please help me.

As with any loan, payments are applied to the interest first then principal. What wasthe interest on this loan and how long were the payments set for?

With a title loan, you title secures the debt. If you do not pay, they have right to repo your vehicle. My business is 2 doors down from a title loan storefront.....they always have cars for sale outside the business due to repo's

I don't see how they can give you a collateral loan like that without supplying you an amortization schedule that shows the length of the loan, the amount of each payment, the amount applied out of each payment to principle and interest, and the date each payment is due. It seems odd to me that nothing you pay goes to principle unless you pay the entire amount at once but there are some snakes out there that might know a legal way. If it were me I would figure out a way to get the full 900 and get them off my title. After my title was clean I would then strike back. They will repo your car quick if the setup is legal and you don't pay it off. I would either work a ton extra or borrow the money from some other unsecure source like a creditor card or bank loan. Stay away from the other PDL type shops though.

Who can help me pay off a title loan? I need a comp.I can pay back if they can help me pay off a secured title loan at a fair payment plan. No one is out there! I'm desperate. I can't afford to lose my car.

The best way to pay off a title loan is to pay it off in lumpsum. Otherwise you will end up paying 2 - 3x what you borrowed

Maybe try calling the company and propose a payoff settlement being you paid over the original amount borrowed.

If I were you all I would never go to the Northeastern Title Loan in New Castle Delaware. The girls and I do mean GIRLS are very unPROFESSIONAL. We just had a terrible experience with them tonight and the security or "wantnabe" security officer there was some how mentally handicapped but the state of Delaware decides she can carry a gun. She approached me to put her hands on me and if she had I would have sued them. I want you to guess why all this confusion happened in the first place! It was because she ignorately butted in my conversation which I was having with my daughter and rolled her eyes at us .... Now mind you I have given these people there plenty of my business, I borrow money from them at least once a month. They had the nerve to put ME out after I have sent people down there to get money from them and besides the business I personally give them. They are very ignorant and that so called woman security officer attempted to put her hands on me.

Hello, Im sorry for your dilemma, I would advised for you to speak with GM, and let them know that you have paid the original amount that you borrowed 2 or more times over, propose a settlement amount of half of the original amount borrowed. Tell them you have a hardship. Let them know that you are aware that this has been done in the passed. If they say they are unable to do this for you just get the 800 number they have for the corporate office in GA. State your concerns to the corporate office and let them know what you have offered to the GM, and they said they were unable to help. The corporate office should be able to grant this for you. I used to work for norteastern tilte loans in newcastle delaware before I moved. I was the collections Manager there. They do settlements for hardship cases. Be prepared to pay the settlement amount in full, that day or the next day and just be advised that you will not be able to get another loan from them again. Hope this helps.
