Wisconsin has the most tricky PDL law in the US. It requires a PDL to be licensed in your state only if the PDL company has sued you. If not, then any company who has a license in any US state are legal to lend.
In your case, if these lenders has not sued you, then CMG Group LLC is legal since they are Missouri. I'm not so sure about Global Group Holdings LLC.
