Does anyone have an email address for Geneva Roth?

customerservice(at)loanpointusa.com
I have filed complaint with every known agency and bureau about those people. They refused in writing by email, no less, to stop debiting my account even though they knew there were no funds available. Don't expect any satisfation from a woman named Maricca (Reese) Price. She is impossible. I told her I was filing complaints with the FTC, the AG in several states, the OCC and the FBI. She replied with "you need to read your contract."

Thanks for the info frogpatch. I am in FL as well and currently have a recent loan out w/ Geneva Roth for $300. I just closed my bank account today and had to open a new one. I believe Geneva Roth is scheduled to begin taking out payments this Friday. Based on your experience w/ them, should I go ahead and email/call them and let them know I have closed that checking account but I am more than willing to repay my lOAN for 300 by way of money orders. I'm not sure if it would help for me to contact them first or wait for them to start contacting me.

Please read below. Her reponse is above my statement. This is how far you will get with these people. She is in direct violation of the law by refusing to stop the withdrawals. I had already told her i was filing complaints. Remeber that Florida is a non garnishment state and it is virtually impossible to collect on an unsecured debt. Especially if your not licensed.

Her Answer:

This will be the third email that I have responded to regarding this situation. Again, there is no way for us to stop the Ach debits until the loan is paid in full.
Me:
One more time. You are not able to, or authorized to, withdraw from that
account. I will not pay any charges incurred by withdrawals against this
account. You have been informed of the situation multiple times but you
choose to ignore it.
