Help with legality of loans in Florida

Looking for help determining legality of the following loans in Florida

Mobiloans
Elastic
Opploans
Moneylion/Bettercash

Mobiloans - illegal
Elastic - Legal (FDIC member)
Opploans - legal
Bettercash - Legal

How much have you borrowed from each of them? Pay only the principal amount to Mobiloans since they are illegal.

Mobiloans and opploans 1500 each

Elastic and bettercash 2500 each

I've read on here where a couple of people wrote letters to bettercash and were marked paid off after paying principal.

How do these legal loans get away with charging hundreds of percent interest and still be legal?

Yes, I too want to know how BetterCash/Money lion can charge 189% interest and be legal. I live in Maryland we’re the max percent interest on small loans is 33% per state law.
