Pay Day Loan Worry ( DMS Marketing)

First of all Hello this is my first time on here but I have been having some troubles with this pay day loan company which I don't even know the name to, I just have the info off of the threating e-mails they leave me. So In June of 07 I filled out a couple of loans on-line and one set me up with a $ 200.00 loan and with in a half and hour on the day of approval I canceled the loan by phone and e-mail however, the $ was still deposited I called again and sent e-mails staing the money should be withdrawn and I will not be responsible for any fees associated with this. They waited until almost a week to withdraw the money I saw the withdraw on my on-line banking and I closed the account never to look at it again. Now they call and state that the when they took out the money there was insufficient funds and they never received it. I faxed the on line statement showing the money was withdrawn and she practically laughed at me on the phone stating "she had to take a moment to call cause she just could not believe this" stating that what I faxed just showed that it was posted. She is one of the most ignorant people I have sver spoken with. I Later find out they kept trying to take money from my closed account and now the bank is stating I owe them money. Even if for sone reason this payday comp did not receive there full $200.00 is there anything I can do they are stating I owe them like $550.00 what can I do?

You need to take all you information back to your bank. And have them start an investagation. If you look at your documents you have 3 days to opt out of the loan. But there is a number you need to call and a form you need to fax back to them if you want to cancell. What is the name of the company that keeps trying to withdraw from your checking account? that will help us help you. But most of all go to your bank ASAP!! Then you need to contact your states AG and DFI and file complaints. Because most of the internet lenders are not licensed in any states.
