Cash Central are greedy!!

So, I have put this PDL into my dmp plan. I had made verbal arrangements with them to pay them off, after T&C said they couldn't work with me, and before I had found my current DMP. Cash Central is actually operating legally within the state of WI. So, before I had a chance to contact them and tell them to stop the debits, they took the first $130 out of my account. I went to the bank and disputed it, and got their provisional credit back. Later, Cash Central contacted me and stated that I did authorize this payment, and that I needed to tell the bank that. But, if I couldn't pay the $130 they would need to add it to my account, and I would have to increase the DMP payment to them each month. I did this. Yesterday, I got a call from my bank's dispute center, saying that Cash Central is again fighting the dispute, and they still want the $130. So, even though they are getting the $130 from me, they would end up getting $260!! My bank says that the $130 would have to be credited to my account from Cash Central, and I said that they wouldn't do that. So, I am fighting this. They will get the $130 and not anymore than what they are legally owed. Isn't that a bunch of Hooey!!!!

Yeah, I am dealing with Cash Central too. They are a pain because they are persistent. I sent them a money order last month and that kept them quiet for a month, but now the emails and calls are starting up again. I sent them an email notifying them that things are still tight right now, since my fiance doesn't have a job, so they will even accept $20 now. But I don't even know if I can spare that...I don't want to end up paying them and not have gas money the rest of the month.

Yeah, they suck. And, I think that the people don't talk to each other at the company. Because I talked to someone in the collections department, and then I think that they have people in the dispute department. So, maybe once VISA (since they made the payments on my debit card), tells them all of this again, as I file a rebutall to this dispute, they will talk to each other and be like, "OH! We are getting that from her. Okay, we'll lose the dispute." Seriously, all of these PDL's suck, legal or not.
