PDLs (help me!) in Virginia
Between my husband and I we are stuck with 6 payday loans that total up to $2500. We both make decent money, but we are losing close to $800 in fees each month, so we are struggling to pay bills. I have just tried to apply for a loan at American General and they denied me for delinquent credit and no real estate (we rent). I don''t know what we are going to do! I have no doubt we couldn''t pay a small loan if I could just find some one to lend me the money to pay these @#^*& off! :( Any one have suggestions for Virginia residents?

Hi welcome to the forums . You have come to the best place for help. Who are these loans with. Are they storefronts or internet. How much did you borrow and how much have you pad each one so far. Please do not worry. You should go to you payroll depts. and request a live paper check. Then close or freze your checking account so you can deal with these companies on your own terms. here are the laws for the State of Virginia
