I am looking for the NoChex System bank...

A couple of months ago I saw on someone's thread that they found an online bank that didn't do Checx Systems check.
This is my story... (another one) My daughter took out a couple of PDLs online and have not been able to paid them back, because of prsonal reasons...(if you must know, lost her job, had to go into rehab, almost lost her baby) and is finally out of the mess, but the credit union that she had the account with is charging her +$700 in NSFs and all kinds of crap that those companies presented and messed up the account. Mind you, that she contacted(sent them an (Unauthorized to ACH my account letter) them when she first lost her job and told them to stop the ACHs until she got back on her feet, but they didn't stop, and then came the rehab....
It has been over 6 months of hell with her and her baby. They live with me and I am supporting them both :((((
Now she finally got a job that she likes and they are going to pay her through direct deposit. The problem is that she doesn't have an account. I saw on this site a couple of months ago something about an internet bank with no "locations" (which she doesn't need), and they are very flexible.
Does anyone remember or know of this bank?

PS: She has contacted the credit union and is trying to work out some deal for "reduced" fees and payment arrangements in order to fix her credit. She is not running away from her responsibilities, just trying to get back on her feet... or I'll put my foot up her butt!!!!! Also, she has called a couple of her demons PDLS and some of them won't even talk to her and a few are willing to negotiate.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The internet bank you are talking about is called Accountnow.net. Have her check with the credit union and if she is working out arrangements with them...they may not report her to chexsystems and then any bank will be fine. As far as the payday loans...are they internet or store fronts?? If you read her for a bit you will see there is much you can do to clear yourself of these loans...

All of her PDLs are online and they will be paid eventually. She is just trying to clear her credit and get out of debt one step at a time. I didn't think about her contacting the credit union, but I will let her know and I will come back here and update everybody is she succeeded.
Thanks for the bank info.

lrhall41, did she present the ACH Revocations to her credit union? Sounds like my situation(at least with the credit union). I presented my bank with copies of letters that I revoked their ACH, and the bank still continued to let them go through. I contacted NCUA who in turned turned it over to our Director of Credit unions who closed my case saying I had to go back to the payday lenders. Well I complained BIG BIG BIG time, States AG, Governor Etc You name it! I didn't take no for a answer. Specially since one of them was illegal!!

Someone (can't remember who now) pointed me to the Electronic funds Act. Copied the information into another letter, plus sent copies of ALL my letters that I had saved to the States AG. Well no sooner than I had did that, I got a letter in the mail Friday (maybe it was luck, since I did send her a copy as well) that they are re-opening my case and would like the Credit union to respond by 31st. Probably won't remove me from Chex Systems but the amount owed will be FAR FAR FAR less then what they are presenting.

If she did, and she presented all the letters to the bank saying she sent the ACH Revocations Please please PLEASE contact NCUA. Don't bother working with the bank.
