Pay day Loan Yes

I emailed Cash Net 500 (pay day loan yes)back this morning in reference to their phonecall yesterday..like Cannr advised. I think it was weak but I am not good at this stuff since this is the first one. Please let me know if I should have done something differently..

I have previously sent your company faxes, e-mails and informing you regarding my loan and instructing your company to cease and desist. I specifically stated you are not to contact me by telephone. You are to contact me by usps mail or e-mail only. On August 30, 2007, I was contacted by Sharon with First National Services which is associated with your company. I wished to settle this situation amicably however, based on the actions of Pay Day Loan Yes, this will not be that case. Given your refusal to abide by this document, I am left with no choice but to file with the BBB, the state Attorney General and all other agencies. I am including my letter again for your reference.

Just so you know they are not an easy company to deal with. The supervising examinor for my state actually called up Cash Net 500 and talked to them about their illegal lending, and they still wouldn't mark me PIF. They refuse to listen to reason, and will lie lie lie. A success with them is just getting them to leave you alone.

I did never hear from them again after my state talked to them on my behalf, but the guy from my state said they were very rude to him, and kept telling him he was wrong and didn't know what he was talking about (this is the guy IN CHARGE of regulating pdl's in my state).

Thanks.. I just want to be sure I say the right thing when dealing with these companies adn I really appreciate when someone tells me about their experience. One of the hardest parts of this whole thing is not knowing what is going to happen..Having some idea of what to expect helps.
