local pdls

I am drowning in PD loans and am afraid i will lose my car because i cant make my payments. I have 3 online and 3 here in town do you think the local ones would be willing to deal with me also. I am drowning in these?

You won't lose your car just because you're drowning in payday loans. Payday loans are unsecured debts. If lenders want to impose a lien on your car, then they have to file a lawsuit first. State the name of payday loan company and also the state you're in. We need to check the state laws and the companies. How much have you borrowed by the way?

NO, your car is safe. Are the lender legal? If legal, then you need to repay the principal amount including the interest. If they are illegal, then just pay the principal amount. Also, If you can't make payment now, then request for an extended payment plan by explaining your financial hardship.

Which state are you from? Are all of these pdls legal in your state? do you have any idea?
If they are illegal loans then they can't sue you at all, and can't take away your car. Just chill :)
