Cash Call Debt

HI everybody my story is that I borrowed 5000 dollars
from a company call cash call worst thing I could ever do interest rate is 59.9% for 85 months.
I'm trying to pay them what I can afford and they
just won't agree on a lower paymeny. Is this legel
because they keep threating me that if I don't pay
the amount as in the contract they will sue me and
take me to court to garnish my wages... :( So
my question is as long as I pay some thing reasonable
can day take me to court...

Please read this thread:

Unfortunatly cash call is legal. They are backed by a bank and and will sue you if you don't pay. They can take you to court as long as you are not paying the amount you agreed in your contract. They are a horrible company to deal with.
