payday loan advertisments

My e-mail is filled with advertisements for accepting payday loans. Anybody no how I can get my information out the system without going each site to unsubscribe.

I go through periods when I dont get any, then I start to get zillions of them. I just unsubcribe to each of them, but they have so many different names, new ones pop up all the time. I think you just have to delete thm, or unsubscribe. I dont think there is any way you can get them all to stop e mailing you.
