Thanks Ang...that's the place Goudah and I were talking about last week with Bflow was having so much trouble!! It may be a good bet for some who are having trouble getting an account. There is another member that did this too...and I remember him saying it worked really well.

Well yvw morning! It's funny how things in life just fall onto us! I opened up the message board to go check out how my friends were doing and low n behold this was the ad on the top of page! I remembered talking about this last week so thought i'd post it here for everyone in trouble!

i opened up an account with accountnow about 6 months ago and i love it, the customer service is wonderful, i have my ss deposited into my account now account every month and pay bills and i never have a problem

That's so great to hear Guest!! I was a little leary of posting this here since i hadn't checked it out first but seems like it was meant to be!

I opened an acccount about a month ago. It is great!! I can pay all my bills online, and set up auto pays, use my atm card like any other atm card, when I want to pay someone with a check, which can be anyone anywhere, I just set it up online with my checking account, and the check is mailed to them. I wanted to test this and see what the check looked like. So I set it up where I mailed my self a check, I got it about 4 days later, and it was a real check with the infomration that I wanted on it, and I cashed it at a currency exchange, and it worked great. This is a real site, with no worries. I see my direct deposit every week from work online. I like it better than a traditional checking account. There are no worries with this and I LOVE IT!!!

Kinda funny ya'll are talking about AccountNow. I DID recieve a ATM card, from them, in the mail. But, I DID NOT sign up for them. however, I did hear they were pretty good ( ie..customer service, etc). I'm gald to see people are having 'success' with them.

For me, they are 100 times better than a regular checking account. I love it.

sd, why did you receive an ATM card from them if you did not sign up? Wouldn't you receiving an ATM card mean that you signed up for an account? If you didn't sign up for an account, what's the ATM card for?

That is a wonderful thing for people that can't get a checking account due to chexsystems, or anyother problems. Thanks Ang for that info.
