can someone confirm what i suspect

on the suttell thread there is a guest that is claiming that thet were sued and the judge just ignored the fact that they are not licensed or bonded.every thing i tried to find this supposed judgement comes up empty.they recently gave a case #but that was a case dismissed in early 2009.i smelled a rat,but maybe they have a judgement and are giving incorrect info because they can't believe it still.i'm hoping that is the case,but i'm frustrated at the fact that nothing the poster gives me turns up a thing.can someone look at the thread and see what they can come up with.i did some searching on this but the court site and info the poster gives yields nothing.

I will try to locate the thread Paul and see what I think.

they started saying that they were in court yesterday and the judge ruled in suttell's favor.they gave me a bunch of info that as you noticed was either wrong,or had nothing to do with their original post.i gave up on that as well.
