After many phone calls to citi we finally had a payment plan I could agree to. I needed to set up a checking acct and call them back with info. I was told I had till dec 13, but I found out the hard way that my acct was transferred to CA and that I would have to deal with them from now on.
What BS. Anyways what are my steps for dealing with this CA?
Should I just offer them same deal? What to do now?

Sounds very odd. Anyways, have the debt validated first and then call and try to negotiate a settlement. If all of that does not work, you will just have to set up a payment plan with them.
